My name is Gastón Palmer and I’m a Finish carpenter with 25+ years of experience in remodeling, new construction, and maintaining properties for the most demanding customers here on Maui.

Born into a family of carpenters in Uruguay, I began working with my grandfather and my uncle at our family’s woodshop. I moved to Maui in 2000 and I started my own company GP WOODWORKS MAUI.

At the same time working for a company at Wailea Point acquiring the ultimate knowledge in high-end carpentry and architectural millwork installation.

For several years GP WOODWORKS MAUI has provided services to a wide variety of residences, hotels & condominiums, restaurants, retail stores, and many residential customers throughout the island.

In 2016 I had the opportunity to build my own vacation rental home in Uruguay from the ground up.
